1. What we provide
BuffViet provides social media engagement packages such as views, likes, followers, live stream viewers, website traffic and similar services. Orders are received and processed automatically. Packages marked manual processing are handled by our staff during business hours.
We may change, pause or discontinue any package. This does not affect orders already placed. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the money is refunded to your wallet.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your email and password secure.
- We recommend turning on two-factor authentication under Account.
- If you suspect your password has been exposed, change it right away. All other devices will then be signed out.
- If you forget your password, use password recovery. If you can't access your email, please contact support.
3. Your wallet
Money you add to your wallet is used to pay for orders on this website. Transfers with the correct note (your personal code shown on the Wallet page) are credited automatically within seconds. If the code is missing, the transfer is still recorded and credited once we have matched it.
Every charge and refund is recorded in your wallet history with the related order ID. Your wallet balance is prepaid credit for services on this website and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unused top-up money can be refunded to your bank: submit a request under Balance refund in your Wallet or in our Telegram bot. The receiving account must be in the name of the person who made the top-up transfer, and requests are processed within 3 business days.
4. Placing and fulfilling orders
- The link you provide must be public and stay unchanged while the order is running.
- Quantities are counted from when the order starts and do not include existing numbers.
- Completion time depends on the package and quantity. The speed stated in a package description is an estimate, not a guarantee.
- Avoid placing several orders of the same type for the same link before the previous one finishes, as the numbers cannot be separated between orders.
- You can track progress under Orders.
5. Things to know
- Platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram do not officially allow engagement from outside services. You decide whether to use them and accept the risk to your own accounts.
- We never ask for your social media password. Every service only needs a public link. Anyone asking for your password in the name of BuffViet is a scammer.
- We do not guarantee that content will trend, that sales will increase, or that numbers will stay forever. Drops are handled under our refund and warranty policy.
6. Prohibited use
Do not use our services for content that breaks Vietnamese law, is fraudulent, insults others or aims to harm other people's accounts. We may refuse such orders and refund the money to your wallet.
7. Pricing
Prices are per 1,000 units and may change. You pay the price shown when you place the order. If prices rise later, placed orders are not charged more.
8. Limitation of liability
The liability of BuffViet for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect damages, including your account being restricted or banned by a platform.
9. Personal data
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Account suspension
We may suspend accounts involved in payment fraud, deliberately overloading or exploiting the system, or harming other users. Any legitimate wallet balance is still handled under the refund policy.
11. Support and complaints
Support hours: 8am–10pm daily. Contact: Zalo chat. When filing a complaint, please include the order ID so we can help you faster.
12. General
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with its update date.
